Aware of the important role of rural women in socio-economic development. OCP-Al Moutmir team is running a very rich and varied capacity building program in Sidi Bennour for women farmers. The purpose of these trainings is to provide these women with local support so that they can organize themselves into income-generating structures. Support on soft skills is also provided.
